Presentation of the Irish Cultural Society's check to Dr. John Latschar of the National Park Service. The check was in the amount of $6,000 and earmarked for both the 9th & 28th Mass. Infantry monuments. Jack O'Brien asked Jim to present the check on their behalf. Deb Frey of the Central PA Ladies AOH is seated in the front row.
